Welcome to the Gloucester Twp Campus
As of July 1, 2009, I assumed the responsibilities as the Gloucester Township High School Principal. I have been a part of the Camden County Technical Schools (CCTS) team for 27 years, 15 of which were as a teacher and 12 in various administrative roles, including Principal of Adult Education. I believe that the young adults who attend CCTS will graduate with an advantage that the student who attends a traditional high school will not have. The advantage is the acquisition of the skills necessary to obtain employment, ultimately leading to financial independence, coupled with a strong foundation of academic knowledge.
The needs of our students are met with services provided by a dedicated staff, faculty and educational service professionals, such as the guidance and child study team members. Student-centered instruction is our method of delivering curricular information. We promote student discovery of new knowledge so that strong connections are made with prior learning. New programs are constantly being developed. This year we are expanding the Performing Arts and Music programs, also we have developed an Integrated Studies approach to the Information Technology, Performing Arts and Pre-Engineering programs. Our students are also encouraged to participate in the numerous activities and athletic programs offered at CCTS.
The CCTS education team is extremely eager to provide your son/daughter with the best possible academic and technical education. Parents/guardians are encouraged to become involved in their child’s education. We believe that the education of children is a joint responsibility of the family and school. Parents/guardians are invited to participate in the Parent Advisory Council. Please contact the staff in the principal’s office if you wish to become a member of the Parent Advisory Council.
We look forward to providing learning experiences that set our students on a life-long career path. If we work together and communicate effectively, your individual goals, as well as the school goals can be attained.
Sincerely,
Dr. Teri Stallone |
