Gloucester Township Campus and Pennsauken Campus
The Administrative Assistant program is designed to provide the essential skills students will need to succeed in a professional office environment. Some of the courses taught in this program are keyboarding/word processing, spreadsheet, database, computer applications for business, accounting, career and leadership development, and office technology fundamentals. All areas of instruction in this program help prepare the students for MOS (Microsoft Office Specialist) certification.
Students in this program have the option to participate in a co-curricular club, Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA), where they develop leadership skills and demonstrate their business skills in various competitions.
Students who meet eligibility requirements may have the opportunity to earn college credits for units of study within this career program.
Graduates of the program may work as office receptionists, general office clerks, data entry operators, word processing operators, office assistants, and secretaries. They may also pursue advanced degrees at the college level.
Gloucester Township Campus and Pennsauken Campus
This program is intended for individuals who wish to develop the specialized knowledge and abilities to work in the financial field. Courses taught in this program include principles of finance and the related business math, recordkeeping and accounting, introduction to business and office procedures. Students will also learn how to keyboard and use all Microsoft Office Computer Products (Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint) in conjunction with their subjects. Finally, there is a career and leadership development course.
Students in this program have the option to participate in a co-curricular organization, Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA), where they develop leadership skills and demonstrate their business skills in various competitions.

Graduates of the program will be qualified for entry-level positions in any type of industry as bookkeepers, financial clerks, loan processors, or administrative assistants. They can also work in banks or financial service companies as tellers or customer service representatives. Many Banking and Finance graduates continue their education and obtain their bachelor’s degrees in accounting, economics, finance, human resources, management information systems, marketing and/or other related career fields.

The Legal Assistant program is designed for students who are interested in pursuing careers related to law. It provides students with the knowledge and skills needed to gain meaningful employment in a legal office. Students will develop an understanding and working knowledge of legal terminology and the structure and procedures of the courts. They will also learn the basic procedures for formatting, processing, and transcribing legal correspondence and documents pertinent to litigation, contracts, torts, criminal law, estates, family law, real estate, and bankruptcy. Courses taught in the program include keyboarding, word processing, spreadsheet, database, legal office fundamentals, business law, and career and leadership development.
