Benefits Information
The Technical Schools of Camden County partners with Conner Strong & Buckelew to help manage and administer our benefit programs. We know it is often difficult to fully understand your benefits and use them properly. This is where the Conner Strong & Buckelew Member Advocacy Program can help.
If you have a question about your benefits or a claim payment, your first point of contact should always be the insurance company.
If you cannot resolve your concerns or require special assistance, please contact a specially trained and licensed Client Service Associate to intercede on your behalf for assistance with:
- claim problems,
- coverage questions, and
- enrollment issues.
You can reach them one of two ways:
- call our Conner Strong & Buckelew Member Advocacy hotline at 800-563-9929 or
- submit a request via the Conner Strong & Buckelew website. Click on the "Employee Benefits" tab then click "Member Advocacy" and complete the fields.
