Program Cancellation

The Technical Institute of Camden County reserves the right to cancel programs due to lack of enrollment. If you register for a program which is canceled, you will be notified of the cancellation. Full tuition refunds will be made if the program is canceled and you cannot substitute a suitable program.

Refund Policy

A tuition refund form must be submitted to the Office of Adult Education if the applicant wishes to withdraw his/her application. This form must be "date stamped" at the time it is submitted by an office staff member at the Technical Institute. Tuition paid for classes canceled due to insufficient enrollment is fully refundable. All other refunds will be given based on the schedule below:

  • Refund request submitted prior to the first day of class 100%.

  • Refund request submitted up to and including the 5th day of class 75%.

  • Refund request submitted up to and including the 10th day of class 50%.

  • There will be no refunds if the request is submitted after the 10th day of class.
